Profit Smiles is a software company with one unusual advantage: every tool on this site was built, tested and proven in a practicing dentist's own office before it was offered to anyone else.
Where it started
Dr. Prachi Deore runs her own practice in Coppell, Texas, and she had the problem this protocol exists for: a full schedule, production up, and profit going down year over year. Nobody could tell her exactly what was wrong.
So she went looking, leak by leak — the insurance plans writing off half of what she produced, the happy patients nobody thought to ask for referrals, the consultations that ended in "let me think about it," and the supply closet nobody controlled. She fixed all four in her own practice first.
Profit Smiles is that work, turned into easy-to-use tools — seven of them, one for each leak, rolled out one short step at a time over a hundred days. The sequence in the protocol, and the daily routines around each tool, are the ones her own front desk follows.

Profit Smiles Inc is a software company based in Irving, Texas. We build and run the platform, produce the getting-started videos, and answer the Feedback button. We are the party you deal with: your agreement is with us, your data is handled by us, and your questions come to us.

How we make the videos
Dr. Prachi runs a solo practice with a very busy schedule, and the videos on this site and inside the product change whenever the product does. It is far more practical to produce them with AI than to spend days recording in person — so they are made with her AI avatar and AI-generated narration, saying what she wants to say, with her approval. We would rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. What matters is real: the dentist, the practice, and every number.
