How the 100 Day Profit Reset Protocol works

Eight steps. Seven tools. About twenty minutes a day to set each one up — then a workflow that runs inside the day you already have.

The promise, stated honestly

Twenty minutes a day is the promise this whole protocol is built on, so it is worth being exact about what it means.

Twenty minutes a day is the time to set each tool up — connecting an account, entering your fees, choosing a referral reward, printing a notice. One sitting a day, and it ends when the tool is live.

Running the tools afterwards is different, and smaller. Most of it isn't new work at all — it folds into what your team already does. There is one real exception, and we would rather name it than have you discover it: Stock Sentry asks for a proper supply count once a week, about fifteen to twenty minutes.

The road, in order

You meet the tools in the order you will build them. The sequence isn't arbitrary: it is the order Dr. Prachi worked through in her own practice, front-loaded so the things that pay back fastest come first.

  1. Step 0

    Baseline Numbers

One page of numbers about your practice as it stands today. It arrives already filled in with typical values, so it is a matter of correcting a draft, not filling a blank form. A hundred days from now these are how you will know whether it worked — and they are what your dashboard uses to calculate the dollar figures it shows you all the way through.

    One sitting, usually less.
  2. Step 1

    Patient Pipeline

Turn the patients you already have into your main source of new ones. Almost no setup — surveys can go out at checkout the same afternoon.

Two short videos: the doing, then reading the results a few days later.
  3. Step 2

    Case Closer

Follow up, automatically, when someone leaves without booking the treatment you presented.

    Two short videos.
  4. Step 3

    Content Caddy

Daily educational posts on your Facebook and Instagram, published for you.

    Two short videos.
  5. Step 4

    Stripe

Not one of the seven tools — the payment connection that Steps 5 and 6 both need, so it has to come before them. This is the one piece of the order that isn't negotiable.

    One video.
  6. Step 5

    Payment Flexer

In-house payment plans for patients whose only obstacle is the cost.

    Two short videos.
  7. Step 6

    Club Creator

Your own membership plan for the patients who have no insurance at all. The biggest step, because a membership plan genuinely has more to it.

    Nine short videos.
  8. Step 7

    PPO Inspector

Finally seeing what each insurance plan really pays you. Entering fee schedules is the slow part, and the step says so up front: expect four to nine weeks, a sitting at a time.

    Four short videos.
  9. Step 8

    Stock Sentry

Stopping the supply waste and the panic ordering — then the weekly count that keeps it that way.

    Four short videos.

If something on that list is more urgent for you than the others, move it up. Just keep Step 4 ahead of Steps 5 and 6.

What a step looks like

Every step video is built the same way, so you always know what is coming.

1. The problem

What that leak costs you, and why.

2. What you do

Click by click, on the real screen — set it up, then make the one change to your routine.

3. What happens next

What the system now does for you, what changes, and roughly when.

Some steps are one video. Some are two — the first for the doing, the second for reading the results a few days later. A few are bigger, and the step tells you so before you start. Altogether it is about twenty-six sittings spread across a hundred days — less than one every three days. There is no prize for rushing.

A Tuesday in week six

By then three or four tools are live, and this is what running them looks like. A patient checks out, and the front desk sends the survey — about ten seconds, inside a step they were already taking. Someone leaves without scheduling the crown you presented, and their follow-up starts on its own. For the patient whose only obstacle is the cost, a payment plan takes a few clicks. This morning's educational post went out to your Facebook and Instagram before anyone arrived. And once a week, somebody counts the supply room.

That is the honest picture: seconds per patient, woven into steps you are already taking — not seven new jobs on top of your day.

Who does this

Pick one person and let them own the hundred days — your office manager, a front desk team member, your assistant, or you. It doesn't matter who, as long as it is someone: work that belongs to everybody tends to belong to nobody. The videos are the training, so there is nothing to learn before you begin.

What you need

  • A single-location practice in the United States, and one account for the whole protocol.
  • A Stripe account for in-house payment plans and membership fees — connected in Step 4, before Steps 5 and 6.
  • Your practice's Facebook and Instagram pages, for the daily posts.
  • Your Google review link, for the patients who tell you they are happy.
  • The fee schedules for the insurance plans you take, when you reach Step 7.
  • A laptop, and about twenty minutes a day.

After day 100

The first hundred days are free — every tool, no credit card, nothing to cancel. After that, each tool is its own month-to-month subscription: keep the ones that earned their place, drop the rest, cancel any time. Your data stays yours — if you stop, you keep read-only access to everything the tools recorded.

Practices that create their account while the founding-member rate is available lock that rate in for as long as they stay, and the window won't stay open indefinitely. You will see the rate before you are ever asked to pay — there is no card during the free hundred days.

If you get stuck

Two ways to reach us, both inside the product: Feedback in the top menu — the fastest way to tell us something is wrong or confusing, or just to ask a question; we usually get back within a couple of hours — and Schedule Meeting, which opens a calendar to book a call if you would rather talk it through.

Start with Step Zero. It takes five minutes.

Then tomorrow, Step One — and your first surveys go out at checkout.
