What it did in one practice
Coppell Smiles was the first practice on Profit Smiles. These are Dr. Prachi's numbers, from her practice, tracked in the platform — one figure per tool, each with the window it was measured over.
How each number was measured
Referrals — 10 to 21 a month. Patient Pipeline's Referrals report counts the friends and family who arrived through a patient's referral link each month, and the ones who became patients. Ten a month before; twenty-one a month by the end of the first ninety days, with nothing spent on acquisition. Patient Pipeline →
Members — 48. Club Creator's enrollment records: patients who joined the practice's in-house membership plan, through the online portal or at the desk, in the first ninety days after the plan went live. Club Creator →
Treatment acceptance — 47% to 52%. Case Closer's monthly graph of treatment plans presented against completed. The improvement is reported for Case Closer and Payment Flexer together, because they work on the same "no" — the follow-up brings the patient back, the payment plan removes cost as the obstacle — and the practice did not try to split the credit between them. Case Closer → · Payment Flexer →
Production — $20,000 more a month. After PPO Inspector's analysis, Dr. Prachi left 80% of the insurance plans she participated in — a count of plans, kept one large plan deliberately — and measured monthly production six months later against the months before. Out of network, the practice still sees those patients and files their claims; the difference is collecting its own fee. PPO Inspector →
Supplies — 11.3% to 9.8% of production. Supply spend divided by production, the number Stock Sentry is built to move, compared before and after the weekly count of critical items began; the dollar figure is that difference applied to the practice's production. Stock Sentry →
Social media enquiries — tripled. Enquiries arriving through the practice's Facebook and Instagram pages, compared over the six months after Content Caddy began posting daily. Content Caddy →
We do not add these up. They are results from one practice, for different tools, over different windows. A single headline total would look impressive and mean nothing — and it is precisely the kind of number a dentist would fact-check us on.
In their words
The dentist who ran it, and the office manager who ran it every day.
"None of these were dramatic changes. But they compound, and at the end of the quarter the numbers were quite good."
Dr. Prachi DeoreDentist and practice owner
"My worry was that it would be one more thing on top of everything else. It isn't. Most of it happens inside what we were already doing."

Results shown are from one practice following this protocol. Individual results may vary. Dr. Prachi appears as Profit Smiles' spokesperson, with her consent; every number above is her practice's actual data, tracked live in the platform.
You will see the same graphs for your practice
On day one the protocol records your practice's baseline numbers. From then on every tool shows its own dollar impact on your dashboard — referrals and their value, plans presented against completed, members enrolled, payment plans and their face value, supply spend against production, social leads and conversions — in your numbers, kept deliberately conservative. By day 100 you compare what each tool returned with what it would cost, and decide tool by tool.
